Located off Interstate 10 at West Ina Road, the newly purchased property surrounds the existing Circle K building at 4500 W. Ina Road.
Using the new land, Circle K plans to build a new 4,500-square-foot to 5,000-square-foot convenience store with 12 to 14 gas pumps. The new site will be an upgrade over the existing site, which currently features a 2,800-square-foot building with two gas pumps.
