         covering earnings for the fourth fiscal quarter ended Oct. 31, 2009.
Who:     The audio webcast of the conference call will be hosted by Mark
         Hurd, HP chairman and chief executive officer, and Cathie Lesjak,
         HP executive vice president and chief financial officer.
When:    Monday, Nov. 23, 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT
