In a release, the Company noted that Rivera brings more than 15 years' experience in corporate law, litigation and compliance. Since 2006, she has served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel to The Clorox Company. In this capacity, she was responsible for Clorox's global compliance program, the delivery of legal services to its international businesses, as well as oversight of global employment counseling and litigation.
Before joining Clorox, Rivera served as general counsel to Rockwell Automation's $2 billion Automation Control and Information Group, as well as Vice President Law and Chief Litigation Counsel to Rockwell. Rivera began her career as a litigator with Jones Day.
