Additional Secretary of Establishment Ministry M Khalilur Rahman was made chairman of Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) while Additional secretary of Energy and Mineral Resources Department Syed Manjurul Islam transferred to the Finance Division with the same status.
Khandaker M Iftekhar Haider, additional secretary of Establishment Ministry, was transferred to the Road and Railway Department with same status while Executive Director of Dhaka Transport Coordination Board (DTCB) Abu Bakar M Shahjahan made OSD and M Mashiur Rahman of Establishment Ministry replaced Abu Bakar.
Swapan Kumar Roy, joint secretary of Establishment Ministry was made Additional Commissioner of Rajshahi Division.
Jasimuddin, joint secretary of Establishment Ministry, was made Director of Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industries Corporation (DSFIC) while DSFIC Director Parimal Chandra Saha transferred to the Water Resources Ministry as joint secretary.
Joint secretaries M Jahangir Molla and Ashish Kumar Sarkar of Establishment Ministry were made the Controller of Insurance Directorate and member of Non-Government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) respectively.
Joint secretaries of Establishment Ministry M Nazrul Islam and Begum Parag were transferred as member to the Chittagong Port Authorities and to BPATC in Savar respectively.
Joint secretaries Nazrul Islam and M Zia Uddin Ahmed of Establishment Ministry were made Director (Account) of Vulnerable Group Development for Ultra Poor (VGDUP) and member of Bangladesh Tariff Commission respectively.
Joint secretaries Shudhangshu Shekhar Bishwas and Gautam Kumar Ghosh of Establishment Ministry were made Register of Tax Ombudsmen Office and Director of Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project of Education Ministry respectively.
Joint secretary of Establishment Ministry KBM Omar Faruk was transferred to the Health and Family Welfare Ministry with same status while joint secretary of Health and Family Welfare Ministry Dr M Anwar Hossain Munshi to the Establishment Ministry.
Joint secretaries M Abdur Razzak, M Shawkat Mostafa and M Shafiqul Islam of Establishment Ministry were made joint secretaries of Labour and Employment Ministry and Home Ministry respectively.
