San Miguel, which is now diversifying into infrastructure development and other heavy industries, said net profit--excluding gains from the sale of assets, particularly its beer brands--rose just 6% on year to PHP7.61 billion.
Nine-month revenue rose 4% on year to PHP126.5 billion.
In the first half, San Miguel already reported a net profit of PHP52.92 billion.
Last year, San Miguel reported a net profit of PHP20.9 billion for the January-September period, which also included one-off gains.
