DG | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- A branch of the Communication Federal Credit Union, 520 SW 89, was robbed about 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, FBI Special Agent Gary Johnson said.
The robber kept his hand in his pocket to imply he had a weapon although none was seen, and was last seen headed east on foot with the money in a Dollar General plastic bag, Johnson said.
The robber is a white man in his mid-20s with a dark complexion and short dark hair. He is about 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds, Johnson said. During the robbery, he was wearing a black baseball cap, black long-sleeved T-shirt, black wind pants with white stripes down the side, and dark shoes. The robber also wore a stud earring in his left ear, Johnson said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 290-7770.
