The IPO consists of 7,407,407 common stocks priced at USD13.50 (EUR9.09) apiece, of which 4,074,074 are being offered by the family tree website and the remaining shares are being offered by selling stockholders.
US securities and investment banking specialists Jefferies and Company, Piper Jaffray (NYSE:PJC), and BMO Capital Markets, part of Bank of Montreal (NYSE:BMO), will co-manage the offering.
The stocks are up for grabs from today.
