Former Cavalier Dom Inglot of England will play Friday in a quarterfinal against left-hander Donald Young, one of the most touted and promising American youngsters.
Singh meets veteran American pro Kevin Kim, and Devvarman faces Dutchman Malwe Middlekoop.
Inglot and yet another former U.Va. player, Rylan Rizza, advanced to the doubles semis by beating Grigor Dimitrov and Filip Prpic 6-4, 6-1.
