New uniforms will be designed for United's flight attendants, pilots, customer service representatives, ramp service and maintenance employees.
Rowley will conduct open forum meetings with United employees in various locations, including Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and London, over a month-long period.
The new uniforms will be available in mid 2011 and will reportedly provide increased functionality in design and more breathable and durable fabrics.
