Finnish Blue1 passenger count drops 8% Oct '09

travel group SAS AB (STO: SAS), saw the number of its passengers fall
8% year-on-year to 134,000 in October 2009.
Blue1's traffic measured in revenue passenger kilometres (RPK)
increased 1.9% and capacity measured in available seat kilometres (ASK)
rose by 0.4%, SAS said today. Blue1's total load factor grew by 1
percentage point to 65%.
SAS Group's passenger count fell 11.1% on the year to 2.322 million in
October. Capacity shrank 18.6%, while traffic decreased 13.5%. The
group's load factor was 74.3%, up by 4.3 percentage points from a year
earlier.
