CSX and City Year Send 150 Volunteers to Charleston for "Give a Day, Change the World"

CHARLESTON, SC, Nov 06, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- CSX | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- What: CSX Corporation, (NYSE: CSX | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) in partnership with City Year and the North Charleston Recreation Department, has organized a group of over 150 employee and community volunteers to transform the Felix C. Davis Community Center in North Charleston, South Carolina. Key initiatives for the day will be landscaping the front of the center, installing cement pads for Frisbee golf tee boxes, putting in a swing set, building picnic tables and benches, creating a butterfly garden and marking a half mile walking track.
