NexMed Schedules 3Q 2009 Conference Call

NEXM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- NexMed, Inc., a developer of topical products based on the NexACT technology, announced that management will hold a conference call to discuss 2009 third quarter financial results and ongoing corporate activities, on Tuesday, November 10, at 10 a.m. EST.

The Company will file its Form 10-Q by the end of business on Monday, November 9.

In addition, NexMed also announced that it is currently in late stage contract negotiations to lease its facility. Mark Westgate, NexMed's Chief Financial Officer said, "If we successfully close this transaction, our monthly cash burn will drop significantly. The tenant will assume all building expenses and the rental income will exceed our mortgage obligations, thereby resulting in a positive cash flow for us."

In a release, the Company noted event details:

The call can be accessed in the U.S. by dialing 877-407-9205 and outside of the U.S. by dialing 201-689-8054 and asking the conference operator for the NexMed Conference Call. The teleconference replay is available for one week by dialing in the U.S. 877-660-6853 and outside of the U.S. by dialing 201-612-7415. Replay pass codes 286 and 337111 are both required for playback. The conference call will also be Webcast live at URL http://www.investorcalendar.com/IC/CEPage.asp?ID=151979. The Webcast replay will be available for three months.
