BDRGF | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Bandera Gold Ltd. ("Bandera") is pleased to announce the appointment of Don Bossert as Bandera's new CFO. Mr. Bossert will replace Mr. Peter Gommerud who has resigned as CFO but will continue as a director and consultant to Bandera.

Mr. Bossert achieved his Certified Management Accountant designation from the Society of Management Accountant's of Alberta in 1992. After spending 19 years as the Director of Finance of Unified Alloys, a national distributor of stainless steel and special alloy pipe, fittings and flanges, Mr. Bossert established Bossert Consulting Ltd., a company providing Management and Accounting services.

Mr. Bossert is currently the Controller for Pro-Tech Valve Services Inc. and is also a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Rio Plata Exploration Corp., a private junior exploration and mining company developing a mining property in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico.

Mr. Bossert joined the Board of Bandera Gold Ltd. in February 2006 and since that time has served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and is also on the Disclosure Committee.
