Syniverse Technologies (NYSE:SVR) announced on Wednesday that it has
selected by VIVA, an telecommunication operator in Kuwait, to enhance
its roaming and messaging operations.

Under the terms of the agreement, financial details of which were not
disclosed, Syniverse will provide VIVA with a number of roaming, Near
Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE), network and messaging
solutions.

VIVA has selected the company's Data Clearing House for GSM (DCH),
Financial Clearing House for GSM (FCH), Roaming Management Services
(RMS), Syniverse DataNet NRTRDE solution, SS7 Signaling Transport --
INLink, SCCP Gateway and MMS Interworking Gateway (MMS-IG).

VIVA is reportedly the 12th mobile operator in the Middle East and
North Africa region to choose Syniverse during the past two years.
