reported on Thursday that net income on a non-GAAP basis was USD1.0m
(USD0.05 per diluted share) for the third quarter of 2009.

This is a fall when compared to net income of USD1.2m (USD0.06 per
diluted share) in the previous quarter and net loss of USD1.4m (USD0.06
per share) for the third quarter of 2008.

For the third quarter of 2009, revenues of USD18.7m were generated,
down 2% from USD19.1m in the previous quarter and 15% from USD22.0m in
the third quarter of 2008.
