RBXLF | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Dimethaid GmbH, a Germany-based subsidiary of Nuvo Research, Inc., has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, for the supply and distribution of Oxoferin(TM) in Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Singapore.

Both the India-based Ranbaxy and Canada-based Nuvo Research are engaged in pharmaceutical business.

Under the terms of the agreement, Nuvo Research will manufacture and supply Oxoferin(TM) to Ranbaxy. Ranbaxy will be responsible for obtaining regulatory approval in Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Singapore, and has committed to minimum annual purchase quantities once approved.
