BE Resources Inc.-Over-Allotment Option Exercised

(TSX VENTURE:BER) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Canaccord Capital Corporation has exercised its over-allotment option in full to purchase an additional 750,000 common shares of the Company at a price of Cdn$0.30 per share for additional gross proceeds of Cdn$225,000. Canaccord Capital Corporation acted as underwriter in connection with the initial public offering of the Company which closed on October 26, 2009.
The Company was incorporated under the laws of the State of Colorado primarily to evaluate the grade and tonnage of beryllium at its New Mexico Beryllium Project.
