FAES FARMA signs licensing agreement with Pfizer for Bilastine
PFE | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- FAES FARMA, a Spanish pharmaceutical company, has signed a licensing agreement with Pfizer, Inc., a US-based biopharmaceutical company, to market the former's Bilastine antihistamine drug in Mexico.
Under the terms of the agreement, Pfizer has obtained the rights to commercialize Bilastine in Mexico. FAES retains the right to directly commercialize the product in Mexico, under co-marketing conditions.
