Crucell announces launch of global brand for identifying its activities and products

(Nasdaq:CRXL) (Swiss Exchange:CRX) launched the Crucell brand worldwide
to provide consistency in its identity, activities and products, the
company revealed on Monday.

By re-branding, Crucell will be a recognised name and the company
intends to focus on fighting infectious diseases with its three vaccine
companies, Berna Biotech of Switzerland, SBL Vaccines of Sweden and
Berna Products Corporation in the US, whose use of brand names on
product packages, brochures, advertisements and other communications
will be slowly phased out.

The transition will be formalised legally, with new statutory names for
many of Crucell companies and none of these changes will change its
existing contracts and agreements.
