IBM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- COA Solutions, Ltd., a provider of business and information management systems, has acquired the intellectual property rights (IPR) for Inca Planning from Inca Technology International Limited (ITIL), a reseller of IBM Cognos software and developer of enterprise planning software. Both COA and ITIL are based in the UK.

Inca Planning is a multidimensional planning, reporting and forecasting solution provider.

Following the acquisition, Inca Planning will be rebranded by COA Solutions as ClearView Planner.
