Nestle names Jean-Marc Duvoisin to replace retiring Francisco Castaner

disclosed on Friday that Jean-Marc Duvoisin has been appointed to the
executive board as deputy executive VP of Human Resources and Centre
Administration with effect from on 1 January 2010, taking over from
Francisco Castaner, who retires on 31 December 2009.
Castaner has retired as executive VP of Human Resources, Centre
Administration, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Products after a career
spanning 45 year with the company.
Having joined Nestle in 1986 Duvoisin has held different
responsibilities in the area of marketing and sales and since 1 May
2007, he was senior VP and head of Corporate Human Resources.
