reported on Friday that it has completed the sale of a 15% holding in
its polysilicon plant with an annual capacity of 15,000 metric tons for
CNY1.5bn.

The stake was purchased by Jiangxi International Trust and Investment
Co Ltd of China.

LDK Solar's headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in
Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province in China. The
company also has a US office in Sunnyvale, California.
