Air Canada commences trial of in-flight Internet service
AIDIF | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Air Canada announced on Thursday that it has commenced trials of the
Gogo Inflight Internet service on select flight on routes from Toronto
to Los Angeles and from Montreal to Los Angeles.
The test period will run until 29 January 2010, following which Air
Canada will analyse usage and customer feedback prior to introducing
the service on other routes.
Customers can access the service using Wi-Fi equipped laptops at a cost
of USD9.95 per flight, or using Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) at a
cost of USD7.95 per flight.
