Shenyang to Build Northeast China Company Headquarters Base

CHHL | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- A northeast China-oriented corporate headquarters base is expected to start construction in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, in June 2010, with a first-phase investment of USD 2.6 billion, citing a report.

The headquarters cluster will be built by ABP China Holdings in cooperation with Dauphin International Group (England) Co., Ltd. and some investment funds.

The first-phase project is estimated to last for five years and give birth to 500 headquarters buildings. Another five years are predicted to be spent on the second-phase project, which includes more than 1,000 headquarters buildings with a total construction area of 4.7 million square meters.

Finally, the base is estimated to become an agglomeration composed of corporate headquarters, financial institutions, cultural creatives businesses, and household facilities, with a total output value of over CNY 100 billion a year.

In addition, ABP China Holdings has built another headquarters cluster in Beijing as its trial run in the Chinese market.
