American Airlines announces new Wi-Fi widget
AMR | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- American Airlines, a subsidiary of AMR Corp (NYSE:AMR) said on Thursday
that it is launching a new Wi-Fi widget that will allow customers to
identify Wi-Fi equipped flights 24 hours before departure.
Customers can access the widget at http://www.aa.com/wifiwidget. The
widget can also be embedded on customers' blogs, websites and social
network sites.
To use the widget, customers can enter their flight numbers or select
their flights' departure airport from a drop-down menu to check if
their flights are scheduled on Wi-Fi equipped aircraft.
