Verizon Wireless adds cell site in Alhambra, California
VZ | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- A new Verizon Wireless cell site has been added in Alhambra, Los
Angeles County, California, the company said yesterday.
This site expands 3G wireless coverage along Valley Boulevard between
Norwood Beta and Norwood Gamma.
According to Verizon Wireless it invested over USD600m in California
last year in order to enhance service and coverage in the state.
Verizon Wireless is a joint venture of Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ)
and Vodafone (Nasdaq:VOD) (LSE:VOD)
