"We're thrilled to launch the new DS game and happy that Wii gamers will get to experience the joy of raising a baby for the first time," said Richard Iggo, VP of Marketing for SouthPeak. "We expect both versions of My Baby First Steps to be massive hits with the loyal audience of virtual mommies who've been very vocal in demonstrating their excitement for the new game."

My Baby First Steps allows aspiring parents the task of teaching and nurturing their baby as it grows to become a walking, talking toddler. Players will teach their baby how to recognize and name shapes and body parts, feed themselves, climb stairs and more.

My Baby First Steps is available now for Wii and Nintendo DS. It is rated E for everyone.

SouthPeak Interactive develops and publishes interactive entertainment software for all current hardware platforms including: Playstation3 computer entertainment system, PSP (PlayStation Portable) system, PlayStation2 computer entertainment system, PSPgo, Xbox 360 videogame and entertainment system, Wii, Nintendo DS, DSi and PC.
