UGI announces common stock dividend of USD0.20 per share

UGI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- The board of directors of a holding company with utility, propane
marketing and energy services subsidiaries UGI Corp (NYSE:UGI) has
approved a common stock dividend of USD0.20 per share for the quarter.

The dividend will be paid on 1 January 2010 to all shareholders of
record as of 15 December 2009.

UGI raised its dividend in each of the last 22 years and has paid
common dividends for 125 consecutive years it stated.
