Plethora signs exclusive license and distribution agreement with Columbia Laboratories

Solutions (LSE:PLE) signed an exclusive license and distribution
agreement with specialty pharmaceutical company Columbia Laboratories
Inc (Nasdaq:CBRX), the company revealed on Monday.

Columbia's Striant SR 30 mg mucoadhesive buccal tablets for
testosterone replacement therapy in men with hypogonadism, which
received UK marketing approval from the Medicines and Healthcare
Regulatory Authority in 2004, will be marketed in the UK by the
company.

Striant SR, a formulation of native testosterone, releases testosterone
into the blood stream, restoring and maintaining circulating
testosterone at normal levels and is delivered in a small patch-like
tablet. It will be marketed by The Urology Company Limited, Plethora's
newly formed subsidiary.

Terms of the agreement were not available.
