Brightpoint signs supply chain solution agreement with Time Warner Cable
TWC | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Brightpoint, a provider of wireless devices and accessories, has announced that its subsidiary, Brightpoint North America, has entered into an agreement with Time Warner Cable to provide a suite of integrated supply chain solutions that include transportation management, inventory management, device customization, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
Pursuant to this agreement, Brightpoint will provide Time Warner Cable with these services to support its launch of Road Runner Mobile including wireless data card, accessory and collateral fulfillment and returns, triage and repairs.
Mike Roudi, vice president of wireless services at Time Warner Cables, said: "As we launch Road Runner Mobile, Time Warner Cable's mobile broadband product, Brightpoint will play an integral role by providing a streamlined supply chain solution."
Mark Howell, president of Brightpoint Americas, said: "Brightpoint is excited to start this new relationship with Time Warner Cable. We look forward to serving Time Warner Cable with a suite of services that are aligned to their needs and contribute to a successful customer experience."
