November 27, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- LiveDeal, Inc. (NASDAQ: LIVE), Las Vegas-based a provider of web-based customer acquisition services for small local businesses and Internet Yellow Pages directory services, has named Lawrence W. Tomsic as chief financial officer. Tomsic will be replacing Rajeev Seshadri's effective December 31, 2009. Seshadri has been the firm's chief financial officer since November 2008.

Tomsic recently served as Controller for Alliance Residential, an apartment complex with 3,221 units. He was previously a Controller and chief financial officer for various clients of JKL Consulting.
