November 27, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Heska Corp. (NASDAQ: HSKA), a provider of diagnostic and specialty products to the veterinary industry, has inked agreements with Roche Diagnostics Corp. for the supply of blood gas products and affiliated consumables for the veterinary market.

Heska sells advanced veterinary diagnostic and other specialty veterinary products. Heska's offerings include diagnostic instruments and supplies as well as single use, point-of-care tests, vaccines and pharmaceuticals.

Basel, Switzerland-based Roche has operations in both pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Roche is a biotech company with medicines in oncology, virology, inflammation, metabolism and CNS. The company also offers in-vitro diagnostics, tissue-based cancer diagnostics and products for diabetes management.
