Globex names James Wilson as new CFO

GMX | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Exploration and royalty company Globex Mining Enterprises Inc (TSX:
GMX) (Frankfurt:G1M) on Thursday appointed James G Wilson as its Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer, effective immediately.

The company said that Wilson will work closely with the retiring CFO,
Dianne Stoch, who will continue in the position of Corporate Secretary
and as a director of the company.

Wilson is currently the CFO and Vice-President Finance of First Metals
Inc (FMA) and will divide his time between Globex and FMA for the near
future.

Earlier he has served as an auditor with Ernst & Young, as well as in
Vice-President, Finance and CFO roles within the insurance industry.
