Santander's Alliance & Leicester re-introducing GBP100 cash bonus for two weeks

business, Alliance & Leicester, said on Thursday that the GBP100 cash
bonus for customers switching to its Premier Current Account, will be
re-introduced.A

The Alliance & Leicester Premier Current Account is exclusively for
customers who apply online and includes an interest free overdraft
without usage fees for one year with GBP0.50 per day up to GBP5.00 a
month thereafter; 0.5% AER/gross in-credit interest on balances up to
GBP2,500; and free annual European travel insurance.

Additionally, the company said that the bonus will be paid from 30
November 2009 onwards and within 11 weeks of the account opening
provided the applicants do not hold any current account with Alliance
Leicester, Abbey, Cahoot or Cater Allen presently and did not hold a
current account in the three months preceding their application,
besides satisfaction of other criteria.
