International Paper prices USD750m offering of senior unsecured notes

that the company has priced USD750m of 7.30% senior unsecured notes due
2039 at 99.741%.
Net proceeds from the sale of the notes are planned to be used by the
company to repay certain indebtedness and for general corporate
purposes.
Banc of America Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc, BNP
Paribas Securities Corp, Citigroup Global Markets Inc, J.P. Morgan
Securities Inc, RBS Securities Inc, UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo
Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
