Banc of America, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Citi to run Intl Paper's note offering

Company (NYSE: IP | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) said on Monday it has picked Banc of America
Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, BNP Paribas Securities and
Citigroup Global Markets among others to jointly handle its senior
notes offering.
The pool of underwriters includes JP Morgan Securities, RBS Securities,
UBS Securities and Wells Fargo Securities as well.
The public offering price of the USD750m (EUR500m) of 7.30% senior
unsecured notes due 2039 is 99.741%.
The paper firm will use the net proceeds for debt repayment and for
general corporate purposes.
