Freddie Mac to issue USD-based reference notes

Monday it will issue a new three-year USD reference notes security due
on 9 January 2013.

The issue with a CUSIP number 3137EACG2 will be priced today and will
settle on Wednesday at benchmark size.

The notes will be offered via a syndicate of dealers led by Barclays
Capital, Banc of America Securities and JPMorgan (NYSE:JPM).

The lender will list the issue on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg
Stock Exchange.
