As chairman, McMillan will help shape the aviation company's unique retail environment and provide input and advice on strategies intended to expand Aero Toy Store's global profile.

McMillan began his business career in Chicago with McKinsey & Company, where he worked as a management consultant before joining Sara Lee as president and CEO of the Aqualux Water Processing Company in 1978. He assumed escalating responsibilities within Sara Lee Corporation, overseeing worldwide food operations and being elected to its board in 1993. Mr. McMillan became president and COO of Sara Lee in 1997, and was appointed chairman, president and chief executive officer in October 2001. McMillan has extensive board experience having served on the board of directors of Bank of America, Dynegy, Illinois Power, Monsanto and Pharmacia.
A supply officer in the U.S. Navy for three years, McMillan received his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Auburn University in Alabama and a master of business administration with honors from Harvard Business School.
