According to Yahoo's senior vice president David Sobeski an 115,000 square foot area in downtown Bellevue has been leased for the new center. The area hosts several technology companies including Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), Google (NASDAQ: GOOG), and Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN).
Sobeski said that Yahoo was attracted to the area due to the technical talent in the region. The new offices are being altered to suit Yahoo's purposes and will be maximized within the next two years.
Amazon was enrolled in Investrend Research affiliate ValuEngine's professional analyst program. Complete information is available at the company's InvestorPower(tm) page, which is accessible from http://www.investrend.com/company/list.asp?sPathParam=yes
