Rapid Brands Inc. grants share options

TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2007 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- RAP | charts | news | PowerRating -- Rapid Brands Inc. (TSX-V:RAP) announces that it has granted three directors options to purchase 20,000 shares at an exercise price of $3.00 for a total of 60,000 options and has granted its Chief Executive Officer options to purchase 10,000 options at an exercise price of $3.00.

The grant of the stock options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
