The price of a one-way ticket that can be reserved up until the day before the flight, which is the most commonly purchased type of ticket, will be reduced from 14,600 yen to 14,000 yen, the business newspaper said.
This is lower than the 14,050 yen regular fare on the bullet train and close to the 13,200 yen price for tickets purchased over the Internet, it said.
ANA's passenger volume in the fiscal first half declined 3.6 percent on the year, the report said.
