-- Volvo Group has announced that total deliveries of trucks from its four truck companies through October 2007 amounted to 185,048, which is an increase of 2%, compared with the year-earlier period.

Total deliveries of Mack through October totaled 15,361, down 51% compared with the year-earlier period. Total deliveries of Renault Trucks through October totaled 63,539 trucks, down 2% compared with the year-earlier period. Deliveries of the Renault Premium range reached 21,000, which is an improvement of 11% compared with the previous year.

Total deliveries of Volvo Trucks during the period January-October amounted to 78,131 vehicles, down 8% compared with the year-earlier period. Nissan Diesels deliveries during the period April-October amounted to 28,017 vehicles. Excluding Nissan Diesel, deliveries amounted to 157,031, a decrease by 13%, compared with the year-earlier period.
