Together with the four re-elected directors, including Jason Nanchun Jiang, Jimmy Wei Yu, Neil Nanpeng Shen and Fumin Zhuo, they will serve the company under a three year term or until such director's successor is elected and duly qualified.
The meeting also approved the 2007 Employee Share Option Plan and authorized officers to allot, issue or deliver shares in terms of the Plan.
In addition, the meeting appointed Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. as its independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007.
