Lifebank Grants Stock Options

(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:LBK) announces that, under its stock option plan, it has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the Company to purchase up to a total aggregate of 575,000 Common shares in the capital stock of the Company at a price of $0.20 per share. The options are exercisable until January 8, 2013.
