Sterling Supply Chain Visibility On Demand allows retailers to respond to supply distributions and improve market responsiveness proactively, displaying and summarising actionable supply chain information from all electronic trading partners and communities instantly, via a reliable, secure hosted infrastructure. It reportedly uses the company's business-to-business integration experience and global supply chain community to maximise supply chain partners.
According to Sterling Commerce, the two solutions provide seamless inventory and order status connectivity and are part of its vision of providing cross-channel fulfilment for retail.
