| PR Charts -- Japan's Sega Corp, a unit of Sega Sammy Holdings Inc, said Thursday it and United Arab Emirates' Emaar Malls Group LLC have agreed to develop indoor entertainment parks.

Emaar Malls Group, a unit of Emaar Properties PJSC, is planning to develop shopping malls in the Middle East, North Africa and India, said Sega.

The first entertainment park will be built inside Dubai Mall, which is scheduled to open in the latter half of the year. The location of a second indoor amusement park has yet to be decided, said Sega.

Under the agreement, Sega will provide the business know-how of managing such parks to Emaar Mall Group, it said.
