Satyam and Infospectrum sign agreement

Jul 24, 2008 (AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION via COMTEX) -- SAY | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Satyam Computer Services Ltd (NYSE:SAY), a consulting and information technology services provider, has signed an agreement with Infospectrum, a company that supplies custom and packaged software to the aviation, aerospace and defence, complex manufacturing, maritime and telecommunications industries.

The companies are joining to provide operators, third-party maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and component repair providers in the global aviation industry with an enhanced service.

According to Satyam the two companies will integrate their clients' enterprise resource planning systems with other maintenance systems, on-board aircraft or other flight operations systems in order to improve maintenance and repair workflow and communication.
