The sale was first announced on 22 February 2008 and includes fuel and line operations at seven locations in the United States.
According to HBC the sale will allow the company to focus on its core business of aircraft maintenance, repair, avionics and modifications, and to invest in further expanding its existing service centres.
No financial details of the sale have been disclosed.
