Schawk, Inc. Announces Date for Second-Quarter 2008 Earnings Release and Conference Call

DES PLAINES, IL, Aug 08, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- SGK | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Schawk, Inc. (NYSE: SGK), a leading provider of brand point management services, enabling companies of all sizes to connect their brands with consumers to create deeper brand affinity, announced that it will release second-quarter 2008 financial results on Monday, August 18, 2008, after the close of the market. The Company will host a conference call to discuss second-quarter financial results on Tuesday, August 19, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Central time. Hosting the call will be David A. Schawk, president and CEO, A. Alex Sarkisian, executive vice president and COO, and Timothy J. Cunningham, interim CFO.

The Company also announced that its second quarter Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which is required to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before August 11, 2008, is presently expected to be filed by August 18, 2008.
