Chesterfield-based Insituform repairs water, sewer and other underground piping systems, as does the other party in the case, Denmark-based Per Aarsleff A/S.
Insituform will get the settlement payment within 10 days, the release said. Insituform's previous partnerships with Per Aarsleff will remain intact.
Though Per Aarsleff had a counter claim in the case, which was heard in U.S. District Court in Memphis, Tenn., the settlement dictates that neither side admit liability on any of the claims.
